Design Architectures
Perry Naran is among the first to bring a designer, builder, subcontractor and an outside architect together as one collaborative unit. The Naran team of professional design + build contractors works side-by-side, providing clients the convenience and confidence of a single team with a shared vision. The outdated process of homeowners managing separate designers, architects, specialty contractors and product vendors from a number of different companies often complicated a home remodeling project. Conflict and miscommunication are common results from that outdated methodology.
Planning Stage
This is the fact-finding stage. If your plan is for a new home or an addition to your home, such as a second story, a garage, deck, patio cover or similar project, our first step is to research zoning. Naran finds out about setbacks, maximum allowable height of a structure and maximum lot coverage before you start on construction drawings. After you have your plans drawn up we will work with you the client and architect. We will prepare you a detailed estimate with the labor and product costs and provide a start and finish date along with the material list, cost and the names of our subcontractors and a schedule of payments.
Project Management
Project Management allows our team and our client, to achieve more for less. We will work together to determine project goals and ensure that quality standards are met or exceeded. Naran Construction Inc. are familiar with California central coast vendors and contractors from all trades, and will use our expertise to guarantee that only the best qualified contractors work on your project.
